Are domestic T20 leagues improving the quality of cricketers overall?

Well, in my opinion, though I would say that domestic T20 tournaments help for the development of sports in India, I cannot just say that it has also helped to improve the quality of cricketers overall. Just as the experts say, the true talent of a cricketer can only be proved in the test matches. Test matches test a player's cricketing skill, temperament, attitude and the will to succeed. All these traits can never just be attained in a single T20 match which roughly lasts for around 3 hours! Also, 5-day test matches ending in just a couple of days has become a common trend these days, mainly because of the inability of players to adapt themselves to different forms of cricket after the introduction of T20 tournaments.
