HealConnect User Manual – Version 0.1:


Step 1: Log onto HealConnect Application with your given user credentials


Step 2: The information about cases with Covid-19 will be displayed in the right panel of the application’s home screen as mentioned in the below screenshot:

 


Step 3: Click on a particular Member Name in the first column to see his associated details



Step 4: Then click on Phone Calls in the left navigation panel

 


Step 5: The patient’s contact details will be displayed on the screen. Click on the Phone icon next to Phone Number field to initiate a call to the patient

 


Step 6: After speaking to the patient, click on the red ‘HANG UP’ button to end the phone call

 

Step 7: The call details such as duration, call type etc. will be shown on the screen as below:

 


Step 8: Now click on the ‘Investigations Tab’. Click on the hypertext to enter the case details screen

 


Step 9: Change the ‘Monitoring Status’ from ‘Not Applicable’ to ‘Ongoing’ by clicking on the drop-down box and set the Monitoring Start Date in the General Tab.

 


Step 10: Click on ‘Secondary Contacts’ Tab in the top navigation pane

 

Step 11: Press ‘New Secondary Contact’ button as follows:

 


Step 12: Enter the following details in the New Secondary Contact page:

 


                   12.1 Enter the First Name

                   12.2 Type the Last Name

                   12.3 Input the Member’s Contact Number

                   12.4 Select the Date of Contact using the calendar icon

                   12.5 Choose ‘Yes’ for Looking in the same Household field

                   12.6 Provide ‘No’ for all other text fields

 

Step 13: Finally click ‘Save’ button at the top to save the entered contact details. The application will redirect you back to the Secondary Contacts table page upon successfully saving the provided data as shown here:
