Bad hires
are a predominant problem nowadays in the corporate arena. Not only can they
affect an organization financially, but in various other aspects
non-financially as well. The cost of several bad hires can shoot up and in turn
affect the growth of a company itself in the long run!

The term
‘bad hire’ represents people who either misrepresent their knowledge or skills
during the interview and recruitment stages or fail to satisfy quality and
performance standards of job or more focused towards perks instead of their job
duty or lack engagement or commitment or possess a lot of negative attitude or not
getting along well with other employees or lack the exact personality needed
for the job position or poor in decision making at critical situations.
