MOONLIGHT – RHEA ECOMMERCE SHOP – OBSERVATIONS:
1. How can a product with ‘Num of Sale’ as 0 appear in ‘Featured Products’ section? You can remove them and add a few other products that are having higher ‘Num of Sale’ value to improve sales. Also, I think like the ‘Featured Products’ placard must not extend more than 3 slides. Having 10 slides seems too much. Consider cutting down the products in the list.
2. Further the images of all the items
in Featured Products section must be in a little bigger size compared to
normal products. You can even use attractive text or highlighting or even some
graphical fonts for their product titles. I even would suggest you mention
something like ‘Sale ends soon’ or ‘Special Offer’ or ‘Today
only’ etc. in blinking text to tempt the customers.
3. It seems that the Share via ‘WhatsApp’
icon is not working in the actual product page of all the items in your shop.
4. Most of your products doesn’t seem to
have any customer review yet. Consider adding a few customer testimonials on
your own to improve your shop’s credibility. Nothing wrong in doing so. Many
startups are doing it. You can even create dummy orders yourself and rate the
purchase for this purpose.
5. The product description seems very
blunt for almost all the products. They look like just copy pasted text from
some notepad file. I suggest you make the titles bold, rewrite the content, if possible,
for better Search Engine Optimization (SEO ratings) – because Google’s search
engine crawlers give preference to unique content. Also, improve the size of
the text a bit if possible. Seems very difficult to read.
6. Consider making the ‘Related
Products’ placard too scroll automatically just like your ‘Featured
Products’ section. Because customers might find it difficult to click on
the left or right arrow button repeatedly to see the related products one after
the another.
7. I will explain this thing with example
itself. Here is one of your product’s url:
The description of this product is disappointing to say the least. If I
am a customer, I would never ever buy this product, if I happened to read this
description. There is absolutely no problem with the content. The problem here
is with the presentation.
Check out this Amazon product page for example:
Here they have represented each of the product’s USP (Unique Selling
Point) with attractive pictures. And you can even see the size of the text they
use. It is marketing. Make all the titles and important keywords big, so that
your customers can skim through the description without having to read each
word of it.
I would give you another example:
Here the USPs are given as vectors/thumbnails (short logo like icons),
followed by their title and a short and crisp description. You can rewrite your
website’s existing content in this way for better readability.
8. If you are talking about
specifications of a particular phone or product, always use ‘Tabular format’.
It facilitates better understanding. In your website, all such specs are given
along with normal product features in the form of plain texts.
9. Top selling products is arranged
based on ‘Num of Sale’ field, which is good. Also, ‘add to cart’,
‘add to Wishlist’ and ‘add to favorites’ buttons present over the
product thumbnails are working perfectly. No issues. But I would suggest you
make those 3 icons a little big. Because it is too small to notice them while
scrolling over the picture.
10.I have a general suggestion about
your shop name appearing at the top of every page. If you are going to have it
this way, the logo of your shop and the ratings etc. must be eye-catchy in some
way or other. Or else, I would suggest you to better remove it and keep it at
the left/right pane or at the bottom. It is because the 1st scroll
of every webpage is the business end of the webpage. Your shop details are
unnecessarily occupying them in my opinion.
11.Consider adding the text ‘Previous’
next to Left arrow button at the bottom in the item navigation page and
similarly the text ‘Next’ next to Right Arrow button at the bottom of
item navigation page to make it easy to understand if possible.
12.How can all the products in your
store be in the ‘New Arrival Products’ category? in the ‘Store Home’
page. Only add newest items added to your catalog in that section and make that
section as short as possible.
13.The title of the ‘Terms Conditions
Page’ is shattered. It must be like ‘Rhea Mall’s Seller Channel Terms of Service’.
Not in separate lines. Also consider removing extra line breaks before the
Introduction content.
14.The title of the ‘Privacy Policy
Page’ is also shattered. It must be like ‘Rhea Mall’s Seller Channel
Privacy Policy’. Not in separate lines. Also consider removing extra line
breaks before the Introduction content. I also feel that the overall size of
the text in the page must be increased.
15.As an add on, I will give you another
useful suggestion. Ask Rhea platform team, if they provide any filters to
segregate the products based on prices, brands, categories, colors etc. They
must be present either at the top of your shop’s product listing page or in the
left panel. Every online shopper would prefer it.
16.See there is no description for this
product:

I had found that there are several products in your shop like this. If
you don’t get the original description from the brand or manufacturer, consider
rewriting product descriptions written from your competitor sites. But it must
never be empty. It will also affect your page’s search engine ranking.
17.Another design-oriented suggestion
for the same page:
https://www.top-supermall.top/product/coach-pennie-leather-crossbody-shoulder-wallet-1-vuiQ3
In case if the product description or review is short, as per your
website’s current design, the Related Products section seems to push
itself towards up automatically. If it happens, then there are loads of empty
spaces available at the bottom of your product page, which looks very odd. So,
no matter the content is there or not, the ‘Related Products’
section must be at its original position only. You can have blank white spaces
in the product description text area itself rather than having empty spaces at
the bottom of the page!
Note: I have
made all these observations by looking your shop at a glance only. I can even
suggest you more, if you really liked my work. Feel free to get back to me for
any further clarifications.
