DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1: Delhi – Kasol (By Tempo Cab)
Meal: Dinner Only
Pick up From Delhi Depart for Parvati valley or Magic valley experience a wonderful vacation. by Tempo Cab.
Exotic Parvati valley offers something special for everyone. It gives peace to mediators, an inspiration to Artists, Daring Activities for Adventure Seekers etc. On the way to Parvati valley, you experience the cool breeze already taking all your stress away, soothing you from the serene environment and surprising you from its jaw-dropping landscapes overnight stay at Kasol.
Day 2: Kasol Manikaran - Tosh
Meal: Breakfast & Dinner
Himachal is famous for adventure sports like Skiing, Hiking, Mountaineering, Paragliding, Rafting, Trekking, Kayaking and Mountain biking. In short, Himachal is the "Valley of Gods" and an ideal place for the ones in search of both adventure and comfort. Your package will start from Delhi, Overnight journey by Volvo from Delhi to Bhuntar, Departure at 7:00 PM in evening 11-12 H 540km. Early morning arrival at Bhunter then transfers to Kasol by taxi 42 km. Early morning arrival at Kasol. After some rest Breakfast then proceeds to explore local cafes in Kasol. In the afternoon explore nearest village Chalal, Tosh, You can visit, ShreDuru Nanak Dev Ji Gurudwara, Hot Springs, Lord Ramachandra Temple, Harinder Mountain, Lord Shiva Temple, Kulant pith and market for shopping. In the evening get back to Kasol. Bonfire with Dinner and Overnight stay at the campsite at Kasol near Parvati river.
Day 3: Barsheni - Kheerganga
Meal: Breakfast & Dinner
Today morning after breakfast check out from the campsite and proceed to Kheerganga Trek. Your Trek will start from Barsheni, Kasol to Barsheni by Taxi at sharp8:00 AM. Kheerganga Trek takes 05 to 06 hours, Kheerganga is located at a height of 13, 051 feet above sea-level 3978 m. You can enjoy hot spring water at Parvati Kund. Dinner and Overnight stay in camps.
Day 4: Tour Ends
Meal: Breakfast Only
This morning after breakfast, Trek back to Barsheni at sharp 8:30 AM. You will reach Barsheni in afternoon time then proceed to Kasol by Taxi 21 km. , You will have plenty of time for shopping in Kasol market. Departure from Kasol to Bhuntar at 4:30 PM then Bhuntar to Delhi by Volvo bus at 7:00 PM, Overnight journey in Volvo bus. Next morning, Arrival early in the morning at Delhi, The glorious tour to the heavenly Parvati Valley comes to an end. In this way, your visit to one of the paradise on earth located amidst the lofty Himalayas ends offering your glorious memories to cherish for Cherish Always the sweet memories.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
· The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement.
· Check In & Check out Time is 12:00 noon as per Hotel Policies (early check-in is subject to availability)
· Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.
· In a few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
· We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
· Extra cost may be applied to any unexpected event.
· Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.
· Service Charge & Service tax is different.
· The company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.
ADVANCE BOOKING POLICY:
· 50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
· We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the desired package before 30 days of your travel date. (NOTE: This policy is not applicable to packages costing above INR 50,000/-)
· Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non-refundable. Rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 15 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour.
· Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival day.
· Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like a confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.
AMENDMENT POLICY (PREPONE & POSTPONE):
· In case the client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to the journey date via e-mail/SMS.
· The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in written). However, postponing & preponing the second time will attract additional charges.
· Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply to postpone/prepone charges even after meeting the above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will be deducted from the advance amount deposited.
· In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off-season time.
· We do not accept any changes in the plan within 7 days of travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
· The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
· The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
