Bombay High Court asks the reason for the early release of the actor:
Months after actor Sanjay Dutt walked out of Yerwada Jail, the Bombay High Court directs Maharashtra to file an affidavit on what ground he was let out before serving the entire prison term. The Division Bench consisted of Justice R.M. Sawant and Justice Sadhana Jadhav.
