1)  MARKETING LEAD – MR. SELVARAJ

Possessing an experience of over 20 years in marketing industry, our marketing head Mr.Selvaraj brings to the table immense expertise and innovations in Marketing and Sales domain. His vision for Quadsel is to take it to numero uno position in Hardware industry. He is a science graduate and is currently pursuing his MBA in marketing.

Mr.Selvaraj was last working in Garments industry at Aravind Mills as Manager for Sales where he was influential in making his team achieve sales value time and time again. Currently he takes care of building an efficient sales workforce for us and is helping us to meet our annual sales target of 50 crores on a consistent basis. His current responsibilities include educating marketing team members regarding latest products, assisting them in generating lead and convert them into prospective sales.

Mr. Selvaraj’s latest accomplishments in Quadsel include signing 2.5 crores sales agreement with L&T company and motivating his team to perform well beyond their expectations. His hobbies are reading books and listening to music. He often involves himself in various social welfare activities such as blood donation camps and undertaking relief measures in recent Chennai floods.





2)  PRE SALES LEAD – MR. RAJARAM

Our Presales head Mr. Rajaram possesses rich experience of almost 32 years in hardware industry. He specialised in Sun hardware and Solaris operating systems during his previous stint as ‘Senior Manager- Technical Support’ at Accel Frontline Limited. There his prime focus was on providing enterprise support to various customers and managing Service Delivery. During his previous tenure he helped his organisation achieve partnership status. He also made sure that his team engineers accrued constant technical skill development.

Mr. Rajaram aspires to make Quadsel as the No.1 service oriented organization in the next few years. He has ensured that, Quadsel as an organization has relevant skills in its employees to provide high quality customer support and satisfaction. Under his able leadership Quadsel has become HP’s service one partner, Dell’s preferred partner and VMWARE’s enterprise solution partner.

          Mr. Rajaram also helps our employees to clear mandatory certification exams by imparting technical training to the sales as well as technical engineers thereby ensuring that we achieve vendor compliance. He likes to read a lot and also tends to spend his free time doing gardening.


3)  SERVICE DELIVERY LEAD – MR. VENU PRASATH

          Mr. Venu Prasath is a multi-dimensional person having worked in variety of fields ranging from teaching to marketing to service delivery to management. Backed by 26 years of solid experience in service industry Venu's ultimate aim is to improve Quadsel's service relationship with its customers and to increase number of technical certifications done by service engineers. Mr. Venu Prasath, an Economics graduate and a diploma holder in Computer Software Applications was initially working in marketing sector for Aptech Computers where he has taken several initiatives to build inter personal relationships through various team building activities. 

Mr. Venu Prasath was working at various hardware based companies in Dubai for a period of 14 years where he helped to bring smiles on the faces of the underprivileged by organising free musical events at labour camps with the help of his friends.  Some of the positions he held were Front End Sales Manager at Brilliant Computers, Area Manager at Data Pro Systems, Group Marketing Manager at Dena group and Service Manager at USAM systems where he switched into Service Delivery domain. He has an enviable track record in marketing where he single-handedly enrolled almost 4 Lakh people in a 28 day trip across Tamilnadu for his previous firm Aptech computers. Also he has increased the clientele for one of his previous firm from 5 to 175 within a short span of time.

Mr. Venu Prasath dreams to establish QUADSEL MOBILE SERVICES a mobile van service to resolve customer service calls within a few hours thereby reducing downtime and improve overall response time. His current responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, supervise service engineers, marketing AMC's and contracts and improve the quality of service delivery and managing overall training process. He believes in having a deep relationship with customers and that is the reason why most of his customers feel personally connected with him and strongly believe him. He likes interacting with people and works on the principle that open conversations can significantly reduce stress, misunderstandings and improve efficiency both in professional as well as personal life. His hobbies include playing Cricket in which he has represented his college and colony, Badminton and Carrom. He is multi lingual as he is proficient in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi and even Arabic!

4)  TECHNICAL SERVICES LEAD- MR. VENKATESAN

        Our Technical services lead Mr. Venkatesan is a symbol of hard work and determination as he started his career as a normal Service engineer and has gradually risen above the corporate ladder to this position now. He was previously with Perform Computer Services a hardware services company which buys, assembles, sells and provides support services to its clients. He is one of the senior most executive of Quadsel who has been with us for nearly 18 years. He is a Diploma holder in Electronics and Communication, a Microsoft Certified IT professional and a holder of numerous HP certifications in desktop, laptop and server service and delivery. 

          Mr. Venkatesan’s vision is to increase Quadsel's revenue and strengthen its relationship with existing vendors like HP and Dell. He currently takes care of supervising service engineers, over seeing their training and certifications and providing them with valuable career assistance as well. He has done miracles in Service delivery where our company touched 100 crores turn over in a calendar year and has helped us rise from a laptop and computer reseller to become HP's Platinum partner for even server and enterprise applications. Under his guidance our Technical service team has expanded its client base from 20 to 100 at a short time.

          Mr. Venkatesan is a firm believer of the fact that each employee has to put his whole hearted effort on the work in hand as well as provide some value addition in all possible ways. Still he believes that he has a lot to learn and Quadsel's ability to provide him a lot of scope to get to know latest technologies gives him a lot of satisfaction in his current position. His past time consists of listening to music and reading technical books and journals.


5) BLUEBASE CO-FOUNDER: MR.VINODH

                Our co-founder Mr.Vinodh is a budding entrepreneur who has been raising eyebrows among many. Starting his career in IT industry, he had a unique vision of adding value to a common man’s life in all possible ways. This vision drove him to establish Bluebase, a promising start-up that has already garnered enough trust among leading clients with its small team and that too within a very short span of time. The company’s rich customer base featuring an array of Fortune 500 companies holds testimony to this fact.
         
          Mr.Vinodh is a multifaceted person whose field of interest ranges from Painting to Travelling to Adventure exploration to Philosophy. He is an active member of Paintbox.org, a non-profitable organisation that beautifies dirty localities by painting their walls to create awareness about hygiene among the residents. He is also an ardent traveller who likes to make unplanned trips and an adventure lover who loves trekking and sea diving. He is also a firm believer of human soul and is always in a continuous pursuit of finding his true identity.

          Mr.Vinodh has added value to his past organisations through his dynamic personality and creative thoughts. He has led his previous employer Quadsel’s software services team successfully and was also instrumental in making his former employer Unifour to concentrate on mobile application development which has made them a preferred vendor for mobile apps right now. His long term vision for Bluebase is to make it evolve into a product-based concern that innovates to revolutionize our way of life.
